A taxi can take up to 1 to 4 people per car, and a jumbo taxi can take up to 9 people. The bus will be a regular type microbus with 17 people, small size 24 people, medium size 34 people, large size 45 people. The major difference between a sightseeing taxi and a chartered bus is that a sightseeing taxi driver provides sightseeing information (usually), but a bus driver does not provide sightseeing information. Children under the age of 12 are treated as 3 adults and 2 adults. For 2 children, it will be for 2 adults, and for 1 child, it will be for 1 adult. * Infants (0-year-olds, etc.) are treated as children. For example, 4 adults and 1 infant cannot ride.
In the case of a taxi, there is no obligation to attach a child seat, so whether it can be prepared depends on each taxi company. In the request column of the reservation application screen, please write "Child seat hope" and the child's age.
It cannot be answered unconditionally because it depends on the size of the luggage and the number of passengers. General sedan type taxi trunks are equipped with a fuel (LP gas) tank inside, so please think that they are narrower than ordinary passenger car trunks.

If the appointment is cancelled, a certain percentage of the total order amount will be charged as the cancellation fee according to the reservation content. The specific amount is as follows:
Bus: 20% before 14 ~ 8 days, 30% before 7 ~ 2 days, 50% before 1 day, 100% on the day the tour starts
Large taxi: 20% before 7 ~ 2 days, 50% before 1 day, 100% on the day of the trip
Small and medium-sized taxis: 20% before 1 day, 50% on the day of the trip (before the vehicle is allocated), and 100% (after the vehicle is allocated)

We ask that drivers bring as much as possible to identify themselves. If it is not possible to print with a printer, please check the "Reservation Confirmation Email" sent after the reservation is completed, and make a note of the reservation number, boarding date, operating company name (telephone number), etc. Please bring it for the day.
Unless there is a special request, there is no need for the customer to call the operating company for confirmation.
Inquiries about charges and payments
Yes. Consumption tax is included in the list price.
It is included in principle, but if it is not included, it will be specified in the course, so please pay locally.
All prices include fuel and driver labor costs. Fees not included do not include parking, some toll roads, round-trip tolls, and ferries. Please pay on site.
The round-trip toll is the required toll road fee from the taxi company to the pick-up location before your ride. In addition, it is a toll road fee required from the place of disembarkation to the taxi company after the customer gets off. (Only required if you have to use a toll road.) The ferry fee is the car transportation fare and passenger fare required if you take the ferry during the journey. (The passenger fare for one driver is included in the car shipping fee.)
The reservation fee is settled by credit card when you place the order. When you receive the [Notice of Appointment Completed] sent by us, your credit card payment is officially accepted. ※In the case where car allocation is not possible, your credit card payment will not be formally accepted.
If a cancellation fee is incurred, the amount obtained by subtracting the cancellation fee from the fee received will be refunded to the credit card account paid.

Inquiry about service
The driver is requested to display the “Reservation Confirmation Form” or the reservation completion email on a smartphone or the like to confirm with the customer. If it cannot be displayed, please check the "Reservation Completion E-mail" sent after the reservation is completed, and take note of the reservation number, boarding date, operating company name (telephone number), etc.
The departure point is the situation of the hotel. Please wait in the lobby and the driver will meet you in the hotel lobby.. When the departure point is a station or an airport, the driver will meet at the exit or arrival exit. If there is no suitable place to meet you, we will contact you in advance to inform you where to board and where to go.
In case of delay of railway and air mail, we will wait up to 30 minutes. If you do not get on at the pick-up time due to the customer's convenience, and if you do not contact us after 10 minutes from the pick-up time, we will process it as cancellation. Also, if you can contact us, we will activate the taxi meter for the waiting time from that time to the actual ride, and pay the meter fee separately. Folding wheelchairs can be loaded into the taxi trunk. In the case of an electric wheelchair, it will be handled by a lift car, but the use area is limited so please contact us from the inquiry page for details.
